Drip Trays / Spill Trays.
6mm polypropylene drip trays, Chemical resistant, hard wearing, selection of colours black embossed, natural (cream), white, grey beige.

All trays are supplied with a 12 month guarantee. Drip/spill trays are fabricated from 1220 x 2440 sheet, larger trays 1500 x 3000 these can be fabricated to customers specific dimension i.e. length, width, and height. Should trays need to be moved around from site to site in possibly the construction industry external or internal strengtheners can be added to the corners.

Uses include, water containment, drum – container storage, floor protection from acids or oils. Fitted under pumps and other machinery, to contain any spillages and drips that could contaminate external floors. Glass fibre grids can be fitted inside trays if required, these are supported by 9mm polypropylene up stands spaced at a maximum of 500mm thus allowing spills to be contained in the lower section of the tray. Drain options are ½”- 2” BSP sockets. Glass fibre grids (green) are supplied in two forms either being 25mm or 38mm thick. In general 25mm is suitable for standing drums, pumps, and storage containers.

Holding, waste and water tanks are fabricated in either 6mm or 9mm material, these can be in black or natural (cream) colour. The price is the same for both colours. Tanks can be fabricated to any size or shape with fittings as required like inlets, outlets and breathers. Inspection hatches can be fitted if required, all tanks have baffles fitted as standard, and the amount of baffles will be determined by the size of the tank required. Battery boxes and sump trays can also be fabricated to any size or shape.

Stansa do not fabricate fuel tanks as we recommend stainless steel be used for fuel, we would pass any fuel tank customers on to a local reputable firm in the area who specialise in this field.

We also fabricate plating tanks for the metal plating industry; Polypropylene is resistant to most chemicals used in the plating industry. If in doubt please ask stating chemical used and we will find the most suitable material. Fish filtration systems with up to five separate chambers, the better filtration system the healthier the pond. These can be supplied with or without media, brushes etc.
